Qur’an Juz Distribution – Kani Kunda Village

Location: Kani Kunda Village

Background

For the children of Kani Kunda Village, memorising the Holy Qur’an is a journey of faith, dedication and perseverance. Every day, young students gather at the local madrasah to learn and recite the words of Allah, with many aspiring to become Huffaz of the Holy Qur’an. However, having access to the right learning materials is essential to helping them progress through their memorisation and develop a lasting connection with the Qur’an.

The Need

Memorising the Holy Qur’an requires regular practice, repetition and consistent revision. Individual Juz provide an important resource for students as they work towards memorising all thirty parts of the Qur’an. Providing children with their own copies would allow them to practise during lessons and continue their studies at home, supporting their progress and confidence.

Our Contribution

Ibrahim Trust supported the distribution of individual Juz to children in Kani Kunda Village, providing essential resources to help them with their Qur’an memorisation.

The Juz distributed included:

  • Yaseen (Yas)
  • Qad Sami’ Allah
  • Sami’ Allah
  • Tabarak
  • ‘Amma (Juz 30)

The Outcome

The distribution has provided children with valuable learning materials to support their memorisation and regular recitation. With their own copies, students can now practise more consistently, follow lessons with their teachers and revise independently at home.

These resources will help young learners strengthen their memorisation, develop confidence in their recitation and continue working towards their aspiration of becoming Huffaz of the Holy Qur’an.

Beyond the immediate benefit of providing learning materials, this initiative represents an investment in the next generation of Qur’an memorizers, helping to nurture Islamic knowledge that can be carried forward and shared within families and the wider community.

We are sincerely grateful to our donors whose generosity made this initiative possible. May Allah accept the efforts of these young students, bless their learning and grant them the honour of becoming Huffaz. May every verse recited and every Juz memorised become a source of ongoing reward and Sadaqah Jariyah for all those who contributed. Ameen.
